Getting your phormium on the WeHoP truck not only saves you freight, you'll save on phtyo fees. In 2006, Washington & Oregon customers are required to have a phytosanitary certificate for all phormium orders from Sherman Nursery. This is typically a $30 fee per order, however, when you use WeHoP Truck for delivery, the fees are greatly reduced.
